Artwork and Designs
- Production of Artwork: Production will start once the fee is paid in full. A mock-up will be created and sent to the customer via email. The estimated turnaround time for artwork is 2-4 days, and the customer has up to 3 changes on the same design.
Product Orders
- Approval of Mock-up: The mock-up must be approved by the customer before starting any order. An invoice will be generated, which will serve as proof of the order. It is the client’s responsibility to check sizes, name spellings, and numbers for the order. Once the invoice is paid, it is accepted by the client as the final order.
Turnaround
- Turnaround Time: The average turnaround time is 3-4 weeks once the product order is placed and paid in full. This does not include holidays or days in transit. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is not guaranteed, and Fit Fast Gear is not responsible for any delays.
Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: There are no cancellations on approved custom orders.
Returns on Defective Items
- Return Policy: All custom orders are final and there are no returns. Any defective or misprinted garment may be returned within 36 hours after the client has received it. All returns must be authorized by a sales representative first.
Shipping
- Shipping Method: All shipments are sent via UPS Ground.
